I bought a handbag from(bergdorfgoodman.com) it was time i finally got something more adult than a plastic zip lock bag for holding toiletries while traveling, this was affordable and bigger than expected, plenty of room for everything yet small enough it doesn't take up much space.
Bergdorf Goodman is a terrible site. They kept having some trouble with my order until I canceled it. But even though I canceled my order, I'm still waiting to get my money back. I don't know what the problem is, it used to be a reliable site. You can't use it now, and the packages don't always come intact.

I placed my order on April 13th and still haven't received half of it. I called customer support, sent messages and an email to get information when my order would be shipped. I received an automatic email saying that part of my order is out of stock, but I can see that it is in stock and you can buy it, but only for the full price (I bought with 50% off). So today I decided to cancel it.
This was my first order, but because of the waiting time and useless customer support, I am not sure if I ever will buy something from them. Really disappointing.
Have been ordering from BG for over a year now. Styles are a bit edgier than I had been able to find previously, sales are wonderful and customer service has surpassed expectations.
I am really upset about the amount of messages I am receiving from Bergdorf Goodman - despite the fact that I never agreed on that plus I cancelled all subscription three times without any effect within ten days. I strongly regret buying a 300 USD candle as gift on this website for a friend in the US. The mail opt-out is a SPAM nightmare with two to three messages every day.
horrible customer service. I bought a $300 dollar perfume, it hasn't arrived in 1 and a half months. they have given me multiple expected delivery dates which have all come and gone. I contacted customer service today and they said there is simply no expected delivery date. on top of that, their return policy is a total scam. i returned a $80 product that i bought online which looked TOTALLY different in real life. They give a return label, i use it and ship it back, all to learn they are refusing to give me a refund. RUDEST customer service i have ever encountered. horrible "luxury" store.
Bergdorf Goodman recently sold me a Tom Ford Jennifer Medium Grained Leather Shoulder Bag. The bag is of outstanding quality, and it looks fantastic when worn. It also has a stylish look. The product is shipped easily, and the customer service is fantastic.
If I could give zero star rating I would. Bought a pair of shoes for my wife on Tuesday the 23th. We have an event to attend on the 26th. I paid for the 2 day shipping to make sure we received the shoes in time for the 26th. Called today the 25th, and they had not shipped the shoes yet!.
Speaking to customer service, I was told that it is 2 day shipping, but the clock doesn't start until they ship the shoe. Call me presumptuous, but if someone is paying extra money for expedited delivery, don't you think they would make you aware of the fact that it takes them 3 days to "locate" a pair of shoes within their organization? This was my first, and last time I will ever order something from them. I can't believe they are actually still in business with such pedestrian customer service. Stick with Nieman's or Saks!

Bergdorf online business is a joke. They put things online that are not in stock and then they cancel your order and say you can have a whole 10 percent off on your next order and you will get a code in next 48 hours. Problem is the not only cancel orders but they also lie about a 10 percent code and rather than send it they make you call and hold on for hours just to use a stupid 10 percent code. These people need to held accountable.
Do not order online from Bergdorf Goodman unless you are 100% sure of your purchase. I ordered a pair of golden goose sneakers online under the false sense of security that there would be free shipping and free returns, if necessary. I tried these on at home and they were not a good fit. I attempted to return these shoes and the return was rejected because “the shoelaces were very dirty”. Of course the shoes look dirty, that is the entire premise of golden goose shoes! The shoes were intentionally designed to look distressed and they were returned in the exact condition they were received. It’s incredibly disappointing because there was an entire month in limbo where I was out both the refund and the pair of shoes. I will never ever again purchase from this store.
